I am a Computer Science graduate with a diverse skill set and a passion for continuous learning. With substantial experience as a Software Engineer at HP, I have developed strong technical expertise and contributed to impactful software development projects. I have also worked as a Search Engine Evaluator at Lionbridge Technologies, gaining valuable insights into data analysis, machine learning, and SEO. 

Additionally, I have freelanced for a couple of companies, further enhancing my experience and broadening my professional reach. My technical expertise includes being an Oracle Certified Associate, proficient in R for data analysis, and Python for scripting and automation. I also have experience in Database Warehousing, As a Certified Technical Writer and a skilled Content Writer, I am adept at communicating complex ideas clearly and concisely. 

My training in Carnatic Classical Music has instilled flair for music, and a keen ear for detail. 

However, a passion for human behavior led me to pursue psychology, sharpening my empathy and communication skills. I pursued a Post-Graduation in Psychology, which enhanced my understanding of human behavior and decision-making. We got to know Ms Archana from a common friend and went with an open mind with not too much hope in the psychometric test for my daughter. Archana changed my view on the career councelling and really appreciate the time she gave us to explain the nature of the test even without knowing whether we will take it or not... the session was very insightful...we took the test and my daughter was very much curious to know about her inclination and Archana gave attention to detail and articulated the report so well that we could easily correlate it with our daughter''s nature and thereby it helped us in taking an informed decision on her career options. I would like to thank Ms.Archana for the wonderful service. I had taken the session for my daughter who is currently studying in Grade 10. She has used multiple assessments which are independent of mindset of individual at the time of appearing for the assessment. Phychometric test was used to measure aptitude ,interest and behaviour to reccomend suitable career path. We understand our true strenghts and weaknesses, get streamlined choices by reducing confusion, receive a list of career options and educational roadmaps.She was highly organised,professional, resourceful and has helped us with a customised roadmap to persue a particular career path.Ms.Archana has made us understand what is best for my daughter and guided us in a best possible way to chose the right subject.I would definitely recommend this platform for anyone seeking career guidance.
